1. To provide a resource that will stay focussed from an inclusive and feminist perspective for the sharing of information between members of the community both individually and from organisations.

2. To provide a constant point of communication, which will principally be electronic but which will develop to include other formats for example in auditory format for people who are visually impaired.

3. To reach out particularly to older women and women with disabilities.

4. To form a small cooperative with a constitution so that we can apply for funding to run a number of modest but core activities such as maintaining the website, developing accessibility resources, running a digital story telling project and having a three year plan for local International Women's Day events.

5. Once a core group is formed who are agreed on the aims and way forward to nominate a chair, secretary and treasurer. To set down guidelines and share these electronically. If any issues arise to agree on guidelines for approaching this.

6. The time and expectations on the core group will be streamlined so as to not be demanding on time and individual resources. The aim is to be facilitative to the support of the core group.
